The new NICE guidelines published for Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in over 16’s: diagnosis and management published in July 2019. NICE has also produced antimicrobial guidelines for acute exacerbation of COPD and a visual summary covering non- pharmacological management and use of inhaled therapies.
